Xếp thịt ra khay. Lò nướng làm nóng trước 15 phút ở nhiệt độ 220 độ C. Cho khay thịt vào ngăn giữa lò nướng mỗi bên 15 phút. Khi thấy thịt chuyển màu cháy xém cạnh là thịt chín. Tắt lò lấy thịt ra.
